Open Question: is there any chance i could study abroad?

i really wanna study in south korea and japan.. it doesn't matter what course is it cause i just so badly wanna study there... well, except for music. i have no basic whatsoever in music. but then, the biggest problem is i don't even have any certificates/diplomas/degrees. i only finished high school and i'm already 22 years old. i hope somebody could help me find where can i apply these abroad studies pro-gramme.....
